About Us

Jaden Fabrics is a leader in heat transfer printing for the Hospitality and Healthcare industries. For over 23 years, Jaden has enjoyed a reputation for high quality printing. We use rotogravure paper, which produces the cleanest and brightest designs available today. Jaden also offers a full range of custom design options and a wide variety of base cloths. Our extensive collection of large and small-scale patterns can be printed on any of our fabrics.

History of Jaden Fabrics

Jaden Fabrics is the only heat transfer print plant in the Southwest United States. We have direct control over our products and the ability to meet deadlines in a global market. Our broad selection of base cloths includes Avora "FR" flame resistant polyesters, poly/cotton jacquards, and water repellant barrier cloths.

This year, Jaden is also offering an exciting new line of outdoor fabrics made with Coslan® brand olefin yarns. As the sole distributor for Polisilk in the U.S., Jaden is pleased to introduce "Texsilk" in a wide range of solids, checks and stripes.

About Heat-Transfer Technology

In transfer printing, the design is first printed onto a roll of transfer paper. The dyes that are used have the ability to sublimate from a solid to a gas when exposed to heat and pressure. The transfer paper is placed face down on the unprinted fabric as it passes through a heated roller. This process activates the dyes until they sublimate onto the fabric. Once the paper and fabric exit the print machine, they are separated back into paper and printed fabric. The paper is discarded and the printed fabric is inspected and rolled onto tubes. Transfer printing, unlike wet and pigment printing, allows us to "print" small runs on any of our base cloths. Please contact us if you want to learn more about the process or schedule an appointment to visit the plant.
